Question: What is the hardness of the 207 Mechanical Pencil lead? 

Answer: The lead in our 207 mechanical pencils doesn't follow traditional grading. Instead, it features our nano diamond lead particles, which are stronger than standard lead and produce exceptionally dark marks. 

Question: How do I refill the lead? 

Answer: Twist the part that holds the eraser clockwise, and the eraser and eraser holder should pop off. Once removed, insert lead into the opening.
